Cockroach Controlled Robot

This unique robot is controlled by cockroach intelligence. The cockroach is placed on a small trackball which controls the movement of the robot. The idea is to create a pseudo-intelligent robot. The cockroach is flashed with ultra-bright leds. The leds provide feedback to the roach.

Cornell Cracks Galileo’s Code

Members of Cornell’s Global Positioning System (GPS) Laboratory have cracked the pseudo random number (PRN) codes of Europe’s first global navigation satellite. The researchers published the codes and the methods used to extract them, giving free access to navigation devices that need PRNs to listen to satellites.
