The old saying you get what you pay for proved true for this Russian man. The guy bought a Chinese knockoff 500GB Samsung hard drive to store movies. When he went to put a movie on the drive, only a small bit was saved each time. The guy takes the drive to a computer specialist only to find the crafty engineering that awaited inside.
A 128 MB thumb drive sandwiched between two nuts. The drive was set to loop, so when the drive was full it would start writing data over the existing data. No wonder he was only getting a short clip of his movies.
